Photos
High quality interior and exterior photography is the cornerstone of any real estate marketing plan. For interiors I use a mixture of ambient light and flash exposures to produce consistent color, eliminate unwanted shadows, and limit glare on hardwood floors and appliances. The result is a “high-end” look that is much more realistic and pleasing than the HDR look typical of most real estate photography. Twilight exterior photos add drama to your listing and can be added at an extra cost to any real estate photography package.
Video
As a Zillow® Certified Photographer, I have received training on Zillow® listing tools including video walkthroughs, 3D home tours and floorplans. A Zillow® video walkthrough is included at no extra cost in all but my most basic real estate photography packages. These videos are recorded during the photo-shoot, and are generally uploaded before I leave the property. I also offer custom property videos that can include agent intros, a soundtrack, custom graphics, and aerial video.
Drone
Take your property listings to new heights by showing them off from a unique perspective. As a licensed/insured drone pilot (FAA Part 107 - Remote Pilot Certification), I offer aerial photography and video services to enhance your real estate listings. Drone imagery can be added for an extra cost to any real estate photography package or purchased separately. Of course, all drone operations are subject to local airspace restrictions and current weather conditions.
Go beyond the basics
3D Home Tours
Available with or without an integrated, clickable floorplan, 3D Home Tours are a great way to drive interest to your listing. Potential buyers can tour homes and visualize spaces through an interactive browser from the comfort of their computer or mobile device. Anytime is a good time to tour a house with a 3D Home Tour.

Floorplans
Go beyond photos to give potential buyers a better sense of the space with 2D floorplans, complete with approximate room dimensions and the location of features such as windows, doors, closets, and fireplaces. 2D floorplans are created from 3D digital scans and are available as stand-alone images or combined with 3D Home Tours for a truly interactive experience.
Note: Both the 2D floorplans and interactive 3D Home Tours are available as “white label” products that can be used on your website and/or uploaded to most MLS systems.
